Factory has its own injection molding workshop, SMT workshop, UV coating workshop, and assembly workshop. The production workers are all with several years of experience, ensuring the completion of production orders with high quality and quantity.

We have more than 60 employees now, 13 development engineers and 7 technicians.

First of all, after each process, we conduct corresponding inspections. We have dedicated inspectors for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products. For the final completed products, we proceed with testing based on customer requirements and international standards.  We are also equipped with internationally first-class testing equipment, which provides a solid foundation for product design, research and development. Including Humidity chamber, Electrothermal blowing box, Intergrating sphere system, AC/DC Power parameter power, Quick thermodetector, Multichnnel temperature tester and etc. Especially for products containing batteries, we have a dedicated finished product aging testing system. The aforementioned equipment and systems ensure the high-standard products for our customers. Additionally, our products are sent to specialized laboratories for testing and obtaining corresponding certificates such as TUV and CE.

When we quote for you, we will confirm with you the way of trade term, like FOB, CIF, EXW etc.For mass production goods, you need to pay 30% deposit before producing and 70% balance after we finish the goods. The common way is by T/T. L/C is also acceptable.
